PROGRAMS
Every program is evaluated independently for impact, not just participation. We assess attitude changes, skill development, and community connections because genuine change demands real accountability.
Neighborhood League: "Tackling the Wall"
Over 500 Jewish, Muslim, and Christian children participate in 30 teams across Jerusalem. Our flagship program brings together youth from Arab and Jewish schools for weekly training, academic support, and conflict resolution workshops. Each participant takes part in 120 educational sessions focused on cross-communal dialogue and peacebuilding skills, along with more than 10 inter-community soccer competitions. The program culminates in intensive school-to-school exchanges, where participants forge lasting friendships across traditional divides.

Women's and Girls' Soccer
Jerusalem's only girls' soccer club provides opportunities at both professional and amateur levels. In a region where girls' participation in sports declines significantly during adolescence, we are creating pathways from the playground to professional play. Our girls' teams do more than learn soccer—they develop leadership skills, confidence, and the belief that any field is accessible to them.
Spectrum Soccer
Our innovative program brings together children with and without Special Needs, ages 6-16. This unique initiative pairs children with autism with neurotypical peers in small teams (1 coach for every five players). It goes beyond charity—it's a shared learning experience that breaks down barriers and fosters lasting empathy beyond the game.

Unified Teams
Israel's pioneering initiative unites Hapoel supporters and individuals with intellectual disabilities on shared teams. This is no mere exhibition, but a genuine competition that showcases the advantages of inclusion for all.
LGBTQ+ Soccer Initiative
We’ve established Israel's first LGBTQ+ soccer team. In a region where expressing true identity can lead to isolation, we have created a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals to play without fear of judgment. It's not just about soccer - it's about visibility, acceptance, and the right to belong.

Trauma Soccer
By utilizing soccer as a therapeutic tool, we help IDF soldiers with PTSD rebuild trust, confidence, and emotional stability through sport and community activities.
